This is a very important point particularly with regard to shipping times. If we have items in stock locally it will be just a few days however if they’re coming from overseas things understandably take longer. We will not tell you something will take only a couple of days if we know it will take longer. If a shipment is expected to take 3-4 weeks we will tell you 3-4 weeks. No surprises, no disappointment, happy you!
