By ordering and using the Moonlight Racing website you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions listed below. Moonlight Racing reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms at any time.
PRICES
Due to exchange rates our prices update automatically. This means that all prices and descriptions may change without notice. The prices listed at checkout are the final price you pay to New Zealand, there are no hidden costs or additional charges unless specified during checkout.
WEBSITE ERRORS
In the unlikely event an item is listed with incorrect information, or an incorrect price due to a typographical error or incorrect information provided by our suppliers Moonlight Racing will contact you to inform you of the incorrect order and a resolution will be reached.
ROAD LAWS
Moonlight Racing assumes all items sold will be used in a legal manner. Moonlight Racing does not condone street racing or illegal activities and will not support them in any way. We take no responsibility for persons displaying the sticker and performing these activities as it is by their own free will. Moonlight Racing will not be liable for any damage or injury caused to persons or property resulting from misuse or incorrect installation of any parts. Unless otherwise specified it is assumed all parts are for off road use only.
WARRANTY
If the item comes with a warranty card please hold on to it as it is required to obtain the warranty from the manufacturer. If this card is lost there can be no warranty claim. We will honour all manufacturer warranties.
WEBSITE IMAGES
Images used for products on the website are often stock images provided by the manufacturer. These are often not vehicle specific or may differ slightly (for example if there is a range of products similar there may be one image to cover many). If you are unsure about whether the image corresponds to the product please contact us and we can try to work with manufacturers for specific imagery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Any order which is cancelled once processing has begun (including back ordered items) will be subject to a 25% (Twenty Five Percent) re-stocking fee. Please make sure the product that you are ordering is exactly what you are after. Store credit will be issued, no cash back provided.
Moonlight Racing may accept non-faulty returns only when the part which was received is different to the part which was ordered. There is a 7 day window from receipt of item to lodging a return enquiry, after this no return will be accepted. Change of mind returns are not accepted. Please note: restocking can only occur if the product is UNOPENED and UNUSED.
